Professional Experience
Angela is a finance scholar and fiscal policy adviser with extensive experience in research, teaching, and advocacy. She is a Fiscal Policy Adviser and has experience managing fiscal justice projects. Angela has served as a lecturer and adjunct lecturer at several institutions, including Academic City University College, Ashesi University, Webster University, and the Accra College of Medicine. Her research work has focused on financial markets, sustainable finance, and illicit financial flows, with contributions to international publications and policy briefs. She was a key researcher on the “Curbing Illicit Financial Flows” project and has presented her work at global conferences. In addition to her academic and professional pursuits, Angela is actively involved in tech communities and mentoring programs, having served as Co-Director of Women Who Code Accra and led several youth empowerment initiatives.
