Professional Experience

Bernard is an Associate in the Corporate Services Unit at AudreyGrey, where he supports clients in navigating Ghana’s complex regulatory landscape. His work spans regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and tax-related matters, with a particular focus on interactions with key statutory bodies such as the Office of the Registrar of Companies, the Registrar General’s Department, the Ghana Revenue Authority, the Foods and Drugs Authority, and the Lands Commission.

Bernard advises on entity formation, corporate restructuring, and statutory filings, ensuring clients meet the requirements of the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) and other relevant legal frameworks. He plays a central role in managing regulatory engagements on behalf of clients and supports them through registrations, licensing, and compliance reviews.

His practical and detail-oriented approach helps clients minimize regulatory risk while achieving operational clarity and legal compliance.
