Professional Experience

Gideon Gameli Apomah is an Associate with AudreyGrey’s Corporate Services team, where he supports clients in navigating corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Resource Development from the University of Ghana, Legon, and is currently enrolled with the Ghana Investment and Securities Institute.

Gideon has been instrumental in supporting the incorporation and governance frameworks of both local and international companies. He possesses a strong understanding of Ghana’s regulatory landscape and manages engagements with key regulatory bodies including the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), Ghana Immigration Service (GIS), and the Minerals Commission.

His experience spans a wide range of services, including company registrations, work and residence permit applications, tax exemption processes, and matters relating to Tier 1 and Tier 2 compliance. With a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, Gideon ensures that businesses remain compliant, aligned with corporate governance standards, and protected from avoidable penalties.
