Roselyne Hamenoo-Kpeda is a seasoned Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana with over a decade of post-call experience, distinguished by her sharp acumen in litigation and corporate legal advisory.

As a Principal Associate at AudreyGrey, Roselyne is responsible for steering complex litigation from inception to resolution, consistently delivering favorable outcomes for her clients through strategic case management and powerful court advocacy. Her practice is defined by a meticulous approach to drafting pleadings and legal opinions, coupled with a proven track record of providing clear, actionable advice to both corporate entities and individuals.

Prior to her current role, Roselyne honed her expertise at prominent firms where she was instrumental in representing clients across a spectrum of legal disputes and corporate transactions. Her diverse professional journey, which also spans project management in journalism and corporate client relations in the assurance industry, has endowed her with a unique, multi-dimensional perspective on client needs and regulatory compliance.

A versatile communicator, Roselyne is fluent in English and possesses working knowledge of French and Spanish. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Ghana and a Professional Law Certificate (B.L) from the Ghana School of Law.
